The Vegan Avengers are a group of environmental activists who are fed up and embarrassed by the mainstream “green” groups failure to properly address one of the most important issues of our time. They know that animal agriculture is one of the main drivers of climate change and that the best thing people can do is to stop eating meat and dairy, but are too afraid to stand up and say it.

So we’ll say it for them: “Have Some Balls, Go Vegan!”

We are proud to be vegan and encourage others to be vegan too. Not only will eliminating meat and dairy from your diet dramatically reduce your carbon footprint, but it will also help with food security issues around the world, improve your health, help protect wildlife and spare the lives of the farm animals you would normally eat.

World leaders, NGOs and activists are about to gather together in Copenhagen to try and avert catastrophic climate change, so there has never been a better time to ask for BIG changes. Why is it that certain groups have no problem telling people to stop driving SUVs or taking unnecessary flights, but when it comes to what people eat won’t tell people to stop consuming the SUVs and Jumbo Jets of food – meat and dairy? Enough is enough. Stop being such wussies! We cannot afford to dither around. We cannot afford to sit and politely ask for people to do the bare minimum. We need drastic action if we have a hope of hitting the 30% emissions targets by 2020, let alone the 80% reduction by 2050.

Ride a bike, switch to renewable energy, turn your heating down, use trains not planes, reduce-reuse-recycle, stop buying shit and for fuck’s sake GO VEGAN!
